Acceptable Use Policy — Grand Matrix Limited

This policy applies to all use of the AI model API services provided by Grand Matrix Limited. Clients must also comply with the applicable policies of the third-party model providers whose models they access through our services.

Prohibited uses include:

• Any use that violates applicable law or regulation.
• Child sexual abuse material, or any sexual content involving minors. This is prohibited without exception.
• Generating or distributing content that is unlawful, including content that facilitates wrongdoing, infringes intellectual property or privacy rights, or is designed to deceive.
• Malware, phishing, spam, or other abusive or fraudulent activity.
• Attempts to circumvent or defeat the safety measures or usage restrictions of the underlying models or of our services.
• Resale, redistribution or sublicensing of API access to third parties without our prior written authorisation.
• Probing, scanning or otherwise testing the security of our services without prior written authorisation, or any activity that interferes with the integrity or availability of the services.

Enforcement

We may warn, suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe this policy has been breached, and may report unlawful activity to the relevant authorities where required.
